In the end it wasn't hard to choose Nissan. We found Gabriel at Nissan, Osborne Park did everything within his means to help us. Always on the ball with advice and follow up. No matter how big or small the request from us, he's always been forthcoming. Highly recommended. We thank him for his professionalism.
Lodged a warranty claim for faulty paintwork in mid October. Visited both the dealership and their repairer for photos to be taken. Have followed up numerous times and get differing excuses. The latest is that their systems have been down for two weeks and cannot give any indication. No Care. No Responsibility. No Communication. I notice the Dealership doesn't even reply or comment to any positive or negative reviews. Really shows their care factor.
